Tender for Flooring Tiles (T&C)

Flooring Tiles in the Main Hall of Head Office Ropar, Railon Road Near DAV School Ropar-140001

Civil/Floor Tiles work. Approx 3000 Sq. feet with scatting.

1. Dismantling of Existing Floor/Grafting for maintaing exiting Ground level.
2. Fixing of 2 X 2 tiles with material like sand, cement etc. of Good brand i.e Kajaria, NITCO or Equivalent with ISO Mark (Design & Colour as will be decided by authority).
3. Dismantling of Existing Furniture, aluminium work with refitting of same after completion of Civil/Tile work.
4. Dismantling of Existing UPS/data cabling and electrical wiring with refitting of same on temporary basis during project going on with backup support 24X7 days in case of breakdown.

Terms & Conditions

1. GST will be paid extra.
2. All levis will be beard by the contractor like labour, carriage and boarding charges.
3. Payment will be made as per bank norms.
4. Only companies having the exposure for civil work, electrical work, networking and UPS will be allowed.
5. Any quotation can be rejected by the Bank authorities without assigning any reason.
